1. What this creation-data notice covers
This Creation Data Notice explains how Aivaro handles prompts, uploaded materials, image references, generation settings, task records, and generated outputs when a user requests AI video creation or related creative features.
It supplements the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Those pages continue to cover account data, purchases, refunds, support requests, app-store records, legal rights, and general service operation.
AI generation starts only after the user chooses to submit a prompt, upload a supported input, or otherwise request a generation feature in the app.
2. Self-hosted generation environment
Aivaro uses self-hosted AI models on systems operated for Aivaro. We do not use any third-party AI service for user generation requests.
Prompts, uploaded media, reference files, generated outputs, task identifiers, account identifiers needed for task delivery, IP addresses, and diagnostic logs are processed on Aivaro-operated systems for generation, delivery, security, troubleshooting, and support.
Non-AI operational processors may support app distribution, purchases, hosting, analytics, support, communication, security, diagnostics, or compliance, but they are not used to perform Aivaro AI generation.
3. Inputs used for the requested result
To complete a generation request, Aivaro-operated systems may process text prompts, uploaded images or files, reference materials, style instructions, generation settings, task status, generated outputs, timestamps, device or app diagnostics, and limited account or task identifiers.
These records help us connect a generation task to the correct user account, deliver the requested output, enforce credits or entitlements, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and answer support questions.
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, advertising identifiers, contacts, and unrelated profile details are not used as generation inputs. Account and support information may be processed by our own systems where needed for account operation, purchase entitlement, security, privacy requests, or support.
4. Photos, face data, and generated media
When a user selects a photo as input for AI video generation, that image is uploaded to and processed only on Aivaro-operated systems to generate the requested video.
Aivaro does not perform facial recognition, does not extract facial-geometry data, and does not create biometric identifiers from uploaded images.
Input images and generated videos are stored only so the user can view creation history and, where supported, re-use or regenerate their own creations during the limited availability window.
Prompts, input images, and generated videos are automatically deleted from our servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if the user deletes the creation or account.
5. Internal operation and safeguards
Aivaro may use generation data to create the requested output, run safety and abuse checks, maintain queues, render previews or exports, verify entitlement status, investigate technical issues, and respond to user support or safety reports.
Access to generation records is limited to systems and personnel that need the information for service operation, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or support.
Generation data is not sold, rented, or made available to outside organizations for their own model training or independent commercial use.
6. No AI model training
Aivaro does not use user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded content, reference materials, generated outputs, task identifiers, or diagnostic logs to train AI models, general-purpose AI, or foundation models.
Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified operational information may be used for analytics, reliability, security, abuse prevention, capacity planning, and product improvement when it does not identify a user or their content.
7. Account deletion and retained records
The Aivaro app provides an in-app account deletion function from the Profile, Account, or Settings area. After a confirmed deletion request, Aivaro removes account data and user-provided generation materials from active production systems where technically and legally possible.
Even without manual deletion, prompts, input images, and generated videos are deleted from our servers no later than 36 hours after creation.
Deleted production data may include profile data, prompts, uploaded media, reference files, generated outputs, saved project history, non-essential app settings, and creative records tied to the account.
Limited billing, tax, app-store, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, backup, and legal records may be retained where required or permitted. Backup copies expire or are overwritten according to backup cycles and are not used to restore deleted accounts unless legally required.
8. Output review and support
AI-generated outputs can be unexpected, inaccurate, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular public, commercial, or professional use. Users should review every output before publishing, sharing, relying on, or monetizing it.
For questions about AI data handling, account deletion, safety reports, or generation issues, contact support@aivaroai.net. For technical issues, include the app version, device model, approximate time, prompt or task details if safe to share, expected result, and actual result.
