Use the bug report link on this website or email support with the details of what happened. A clear description, the prompt used, the approximate time, and whether the issue repeats will help us investigate faster.

Open the Aivaro app and go to the Profile, Account, or Settings area. The app will provide an account deletion function. Follow the in-app notice and confirmation steps to request deletion. You can also contact support if you cannot access the app.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are normally refunded through the same store. If Apple or Google approves a refund, Aivaro honors that platform decision after confirmation and updates related access, credits, or entitlements where technically possible.

No. Aivaro does not use any user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded content, or generated outputs to train AI models, general-purpose AI, or foundation models.

You keep the rights you already have in your prompts, uploads, and materials. You must only upload content that you have the right to use, and you remain responsible for how you use generated outputs.

AI generation is probabilistic. The same prompt can produce different motion, composition, timing, or visual details. Review each output before sharing or using it in a public or commercial context.

The store buttons are reserved for the release channels. Until the app pages are live, they are marked as coming soon.
